The following list refers to them primarily as dream symbols in the case of an unusual appearance or behavior, as bearers of messages for us from our environment.
1. Wolf - sound healing, toning and voice effectiveness
2. Turtle of Tortoise - access into deep wisdom
3. Bear - scent increases to smell fragrances/pheromones
4. Dog - to understand companion
5. Antelope - brings peace and harmony while walking your path
6. Giraffe - while being grounded you can gain a higher perspective, work through the process not focus on outcome
7. Gazelle - bound to safety, pleasure and joy or Deer- to walk with grace, while moving forward
8. Fox or Jackal - to be stealth, quick opportunist
9. Turkey - to not see just black and white, to help read between the lines
10. Peacock - get others to focus around you, but not on you, take focus from what you are doing
11. Snake – Cobra - to squash intimidation of the opposing force
12. Horse - power to move and show others the way
13. Spider - to be able to communicate without confusion
14. Big cats - Black Panther- see through the veil, strategy to know when to initiate; Lion - when one wants to be heard the lion’s message will roar through
15. Mink or Ermine – Mink - ability to find a safe home for family, good environment
16. Frog - help with easy and smooth transmutation
17. Ostrich, Emu or Kiwi - to protect from that which one doesn’t need to see
18. Elephant - power strength to create the path for others
19. Otter - remember how to play and to nurture oneself
20. Crane, Stork or Heron - to be sure footed, even when you don’t know your environment (new surroundings)
21. Mouse or Rat - make the most out of your environment
22. Rabbit - play with innocence, moment by moment
23. Porcupine - help set your boundaries, not let them get to close
24. Raccoon- to always find what you need at right moment
25. Badger - create boundaries when at home within the family
26. Hummingbird - freedom to do what your desire is
27. Butterfly or Moth - helps you focus on the outcome not the process
28. Kangaroo - parental support and guidance with young
29. Llama - guardian of the sacred within, to help self confidence and pride
30. Yak or Musk ox - strength to start a new path
31. Hawk or Falcon – Hawk- protect the sacred home from intruders, unwanted guests which is not of your highest good; Falcon - to see the next step and strength to keep the faith
32. Eagle - to see the whole picture with ability to focus at a point or zoom in
33. Fish – to maintain boundaries, activate the warrior when the current is changing your flow
34. Guinea Pig, Pheasant or Ptarmigan - Pheasant - to move when you have been seen, or when danger approaches
35. Armadillo - strength to just get up and go at will
36. Pig, Warthog or Hippo – Hippo - rest hard, relax with water, takes the ache away (bath)
37. Rhinoceros - strength to push, break through barriers
38. Swan - to bring serenity and calmness to the environment
39. Pelican - helps bring abundance
40. Dolphin - increase intellect or problem solving ability
41. Whale - to trust and go with the flow, got the tail waving with the ocean
42. Dove or Pigeon – Dove - reminder never alone, brings peace and love, Pigeon - carrier of the message without hostility
43. Shellfish - how to truly look with details under the surface; every stone turned and crevice looked into
44. Seal - bring joy to the moment
45. Caribou, Reindeer or Moose – Moose - to be still and listen to the senses in your environment
46. Seagull - help clean up loose ends, clutter and garbage
47. Bat - increase sensitivity to auditory vibrations
48. Sparrow or other small birds - to make home out of your environment, tight spots
49. Parrot - helps bring confidence when one speaks
50. Sloth - slow down the pace, take moment to enjoy
51. Wolverine or Badger – Wolverine - bring the aggressiveness to the project or situation to fire others up
52. Small Cats - have the reflexes and peripheral vision in your environment
53. Cricket - help break uncomfortable silence
54. Apes and Baboons - strength to protect family and ward off intruders
55. Opossum - helps bring another perspective or another way to look at the situation
56. Lemur - bring vision and clarity when there is darkness or unclear intentions
57. Penguin - patience and perseverance within the group
58. Crow - the wayshower, strength to standout or above
59. Buffalo or Bison – Bison - to feel at home while travelling
60. Camel - control the thirst of the journey, to quench help maintain direction
61. Octopus and Squid – Octopus - create opportunity, diversion when you feel pressure in a situation, need an out
62. Dragonfly - courage to travel to new environments
63. Goat or Mountain Goat – Goat - bring willpower to follow through on the action or project
64. Lizard - shed the unneeded, grow into what u need
65. Marmot or Hamster - Hamster - reminder how simple things bring joy when the environment is not in your control
66. Salmon or Trout - gives strength to return to home, birth home, starting home
67. Beaver - to stop or control external flow, control from others
68. Zebra - not everything is black and white, look for middle ground when needed
69. Sheep or Mountain sheep – Sheep - to keep the flow of giving and receiving open Mountain sheep - to have the strength to overcome or conquer the task
70. Chameleon - ability to change with the environment, when one doesn’t want to stand out
71. Meerkat - help bring cohesion to the group, increase team work
72. Wildebeest or African Buffalo - when travelling brings strength and security to your environment
